The human version (we wrote this, not the council)This policy sets conditions for aviation development affecting Buckinghamshire, including flight paths and construction traffic. Proposals will only be supported where they avoid significant harm to the environment, landscape, nature conservation, residents and businesses. Diversifying operational airfields into wider economic uses is supported if it does not limit their aviation operation. Development that would interfere with the safe operation of an aerodrome or air traffic will not be permitted, and proposals within Aviation Safeguarding Zones require consultation with the aerodrome operator and the Ministry of Defence.
