Development is supported in principle within the built-up boundaries of the four Main Urban Areas: Kenilworth, Royal Leamington Spa and Whitnash, Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick. Small and medium schemes are supported in eight Main Service Centres, including Alcester, Southam and Wellesbourne, while only small-scale proposals are supported in a longer list of Local Service Centres such as Barford and Harbury.

that the site will also provide a base for a hub facility to provide ongoing support to the traveller community across South Warwickshire. It should be noted that the Harbury Lane site will not become available for redevelopment until Leamington Football Club has been relocated. It is envisaged that this would be 2029/30 at the earliest. 2.8 Other Growth Locations 2.8.1 As set out in Policy DS.2, the SWLP will also support proposals on unallocated sites in accordance with Policy DS.8 and subject to other policies in the SWLP and any relevant Supplementary Plan and Made Neighbourhood Plan. Policy DS.8 Other Growth Locations A.
