Policy DS.20

Densification and Advanced Methods of Construction

On page 142 of the official PDF.

The human version

This policy promotes making the most effective use of land by maximising site densities across South Warwickshire. Higher densities are particularly encouraged within the existing built-up areas of the Main Urban Areas, Main Service Centres and Local Service Centres, as defined by the plan's settlement hierarchy in Policy DS.8. Density and design must still accord with the well-designed places and Design Code policies.
