The human version (we wrote this, not the council)
This policy supports Park and Ride facilities in identified locations, provided proposals are backed by a strategic case, feasibility work and demand assessment. At Stratford-upon-Avon, it supports reconfiguring the existing Park and Ride to enable development consistent with Proposal STR.1, keeping its capacity at 700 car parking spaces. Park and Ride lets drivers leave their cars at the edge of town and travel in by bus.
