Chapter 7 - Development Management Policies
7.1 This chapter sets out the Development Management (DM) policies that will be used to guide day-to-day decision-making on planning applications across Buckinghamshire. These policies provide the detailed criteria against which development proposals will be assessed, ensuring that all development contributes to the delivery of the Local Plan’s vision, objectives and spatial strategy.
7.2 The Development Management policies should be read alongside the strategic policies in Chapter 5 and the site allocations in Chapter 6.
